Our coaching team are highly experienced in working with education leaders. Whether it be our Lead Coach Matt, or one of our wonderful Associate Coaches, you will be working with someone who understands the complexity of your role, the pressures you face and the weight of your accountability.
In addition to individual coaching, we also support leadership teams through team development and insight tools.

Each session lasts an hour. We shape our coaching around individual needs. Some leaders work with us for a defined period (which can then be extended as they want), other’s seek longer-term work.

Depending on the service, you may work with one of our Lead Coaches or an Associate Coach. All coaches work within The Glass House Leadership Lab’s shared transformational approach and values.
