Leading in education can be empowering, creative, and truly satisfying however, like all things, also comes with an array of challenges which change depending on the role and context. As a leader you want to take your organisation forward but this is often hindered by the day-to-day juggle and short-term wins.

You are the leader of your development journey and so your coaching sessions are led by you, what you want to move towards and the challenges and successes you are experiencing. Our Coaches use state of the art diagnostics to guide you forward and provide a clear and safe space for you to explore your development using your map.

We are passionate about supporting leaders in education to become their best and true selves and have the confidence, depth of understanding and nuance to take their team and organisation with them.

We work with you to advance your leadership performance, designing your map of development and navigating your way through.

Our typical offer is:

  • Executives and Senior Leader coaching

  • 6 x 1:1 sessions spread over 12 - 16 weeks

  • 1 hour sessions

  • All sessions are virtual, that work flexibly around you

Interview Preparation

  • A minimum of 1 session and up to 3 sessions. Each session lasts 1 hour.

  • Your session(s) involves whatever you would like to focus on most. Some examples include:

    • clarifying your leadership competencies, strengths and values

    • clarifying your vision for education

    • exploring responses to role-specific demands and questions

    • exploring core frameworks for culture development and strategy and understanding the priorities of your organisation

    • scenario-based problem solving questions

    • managing the interview process and environment

Transitioning into a New Role

  • We suggest 6 sessions with a session every 4 - 6 weeks.

  • These sessions are very much led by you and your priorities within your new role. Some examples include:

    • team dynamics and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders

    • aligning staff and stakeholders across the mission, vision and values of the organisation

    • assessing and growing the organisation's culture

    • change management

    • strategic planning

    • professional development goals

Performance Development

& Target Setting

  • We offer 1 off sessions to explore performance goals and progress however suggest suggest 6 sessions with a session every 4 - 6 weeks including the initial session to support with progress towards development goals.

  • These sessions typically include:

    • assessment of current performance through self-reflection, obtained feedback and available data and metrics

    • clarifying your vision, objectives and values and how they align with the wider team and organisation

    • goal setting

    • designing your development map and planning your route through it (your personal strategy)

    • advancing your leadership competencies using key frameworks and adult development theory

    • supported problem solving

    • progress tracking, reviews and celebrating the wins!
