Course Overview
How will you learn?
Our approach:
Cohort based, therefore you will progress with the same group of learners
Blended learning including live virtual workshops and self-paced learning
The course is spread over 2 terms to allow you time to complete self-paced learning in between live sessions as well as apply what you have learnt within your context.
4 Virtual workshops are held between 3pm and 5.15pm (GMT) over the 2 terms to consolidate and explore learning as well as discuss how it has applied to your context and any challenges experienced
Self-paced learning content and linked activities are provided digitally via our learning platform
There is a learning community available for facilitator and peer interactions

Our Leading System Evolution Course facilitates you to work with your leadership team, governors and wider stakeholders to develop an effective, realistic and innovative developmental strategy for your organisation. We work with you throughout the design process and provide you with the tools and feedback to refine and clarify your strategy as well as plan for and around impact data to take your organisation forward.
