    Culture mapping with The Glass House Leadership Lab is a process that helps you to visualise, understand and analyse the cultural dynamics within your team or organisation more widely. It involves identifying shared values, behaviours, beliefs, and practises and and mapping how these elements influence workplace interactions, decision-making, and overall performance to uncover strengths, weaknesses and misalignments which can then be addressed to mature the culture further.
