This programme is designed for those who are:
Taking on first-line or middle leadership responsibilities
Leading practice, projects, or teams
Supporting others while continuing to hold direct operational responsibility

The programme will focus on building the confidence, skills, and capability required to lead effectively in day-to-day professional practice.
The programme will support participants to develop across:
Self
Leadership confidence, reflective practice, professional judgement, and resilience.

Supervising and supporting others, communication, feedback, and practice development.

Understanding organisational expectations, policy, safeguarding responsibilities, and quality improvement.
Learning will be rooted in real workplace practice and application. The intention is to support participants to step into leadership with clarity, strengthening both their professional practice and the teams they work within.
